The Pudding basin is ideal to steam traditional puddings, the vented base allows bubbles to escape from underneath preventing it from tipping over in the pan. The rim is specially designed to seal the pudding. The classic shape allows the easy release of the pudding, giving its distinct shape.
The basin is ideal for serving a variety of foods and also comes with an airtight lid so can also be used to store foods to keep them fresh, with a handy date dial.
The basin is made from quality stoneware which is suitable for steaming in a pan, microwave and dishwasher safe, also oven safe up to 240 degrees C. Please note - do not put the lid in the microwave or oven, or the pan when steaming, the lid is for storage purposes only. Capacity 900ml.
