Made in Italy and a design icon since 1965, the Marcato Atlas is the world's best known machine for making fresh pasta at home. The new Atlas Plus takes the classic a step further, making four pasta shapes from a single machine: lasagne, fettuccine, tagliolini and spaghetti. That's one more shape than earlier Atlas models.
Roll your dough through the smooth rollers, using the 10-position regulating knob to work it down from 4.8mm to a fine 0.6mm. Then feed the sheets through the included cutting attachment for fettuccine, tagliolini or spaghetti. The machine is built from anodised aluminium and chrome-plated steel, and the clamp holds it firmly to your bench while you work. It's easy enough for beginners and precise enough for confident home cooks, from silky egg pasta to sheets for ravioli and lasagne.
