Each knife features a mixed set of traditional French wood handles, walnut, juniper, olive, plum, apple, and boxwood, with a satin finish, paired with stainless steel plates and matte bolsters, and displays the iconic “shepherd’s cross” and Laguiole bee. Each blade is made from ultra-strong 12C27 Sandvik stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability. Each knife measures 11 cm (4.25 in) in blade length, with a total length of 23 cm (9 in), and features decorative chiseled steel engraving along the handle. Each set is presented in an elegant wooden box and includes a certificate of authenticity, along with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects.
