Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
The Kilner® Wide Mouth Preserve Jars are ideal for preserving whole fruits and vegetables due to the wider opening that enables easy filling. The jar features a user-friendly metal screw top lid consisting of two parts: a replaceable vacuum seal and a metal screw band to secure the seal. Both sizes of the jar include embossed volume indicators on the side.
