A wheeled commercial dish caddy for moving and storing plates, bowls, and serving ware between the dishwash, the pass, and the service floor. Holds up to 200 plates across four adjustable stacks, with the spacing adjustable to fit anything from 4.5" side plates through to 13" service plates. Most commercial kitchens run a mix of plate sizes across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, and a fixed-spacing rack means stacking the wrong sizes together; adjustable stacks solve that.
The four-stack configuration covers the practical workflow of a busy kitchen — separate stacks for entrée plates, mains, sides, and dessert, all on the one trolley moved together. Eliminates the dish-runner trips between the wash and the pass, and keeps plates off bench surfaces where they're at risk of being knocked or contaminated.
The 125mm non-marking castors handle commercial floors without scratching tiles, and two have brakes so the caddy stays put when parked at a station. Rounded corners protect walls, doorframes, and other equipment from the impact damage that builds up over years of caddies being pushed around tight kitchens. Polyethylene construction throughout — won't rust, dent, or chip the way painted steel caddies do, and the smooth surfaces wipe clean easily for hygiene compliance.
Includes a dust cover for storing plates between services or overnight without dust, splash, or contamination from cleaning. Important for venues that rack their service ware down at end of service rather than leaving it on the pass.
