Large-format control for commercial pizza ovens.
The KH Amore Pizza Paddle Square Perforated is built for handling larger pizzas in high-volume pizzerias and professional kitchens. The 36 x 36cm perforated aluminium head allows excess flour to fall away before baking, helping prevent burnt bases while promoting even airflow for a crisp, consistent crust.
The flat square surface provides stable support for larger dough bases, while the tapered leading edge slides cleanly underneath without disturbing the crust or toppings.
Constructed from lightweight, durable aluminium, the paddle is easy to manoeuvre during busy service. The head-to-handle connection is reinforced with triple rivets to ensure strength and long-term stability under repeated commercial use.
The 150cm handle offers extended reach for deck and wood-fired ovens, keeping hands safely clear of heat while maintaining balance and control. A hanging loop allows convenient storage between service periods.
Designed for professional pizza operations.
