The Kai Seki Magoroku Chinese Slicer combines traditional Japanese blade expertise with a classic rosewood handle for balance and control. Designed for precision vegetable work, fine slicing and herb mincing, this knife delivers clean, effortless cuts with exceptional edge performance.
The mirror-finished stainless steel blade offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting sharpness. In selected models, Kai’s composite blade technology bonds two steels using a specialised copper brazing process for added strength and precision.
This Chinese slicer is ideal for vegetables, herbs and thin strips of meat. It is not designed for bones or heavy chopping tasks.
