The Pocket Temp Pro is a professional, waterproof digital probe thermometer with a food grade stainless steel probe and a unique serial number for traceability. It meets HACCP food safety requirements and comes with a FSANZ food safety temperature chart on the pack. This unit is supplied with a 12 month calibration certificate.
