The Meat Temp takes the guesswork out of roasting. Push the probe into the thickest part of the cut, put it in the oven and the dial tells you when the meat is rare, medium or well done, so there is no need to cut it open to check. A thin 125mm stainless steel probe means no big holes in your roast.
Why it works
- Dial marked for rare, medium and well done, so you simply wait for the pointer and take the meat out
- Reads from +54°C up to +88°C, the range that matters for roast meat
- Thin 125mm stainless steel probe leaves only a small hole and keeps the juices in
- Compact 40mm dial stays in the meat for the whole cook
- Waterproof and dishwasher safe for easy clean up
- Tip: insert the probe as horizontally as you can. As meat cooks it shrinks away from the probe, and on a steep angle hot juices run down to the tip and make the dial read more done than the meat really is
Care
Waterproof and dishwasher safe.
