The complete kit. Garcima's Ibiza set is built around a 70cm polished carbon steel paella pan paired with a serious commercial-grade gas burner, a sturdy steel stand, and the regulator and hose to run it. Everything you need to cook proper paella outdoors, sized for major events — and built the way Garcima has been building paella equipment in Valencia for generations.
The burner is the heart of the set. Three concentric flame rings deliver 21kW of even heat across the full diameter of the pan — the kind of distribution you need to cook rice evenly at scale, and the reason a domestic cooktop will never deliver real paella. Each ring is independently controllable so you can dial heat up or down as the dish moves through its stages, from sofrito to socarrat. The stand keeps the burner stable on uneven ground at proper working height, and the regulator and hose are pre-fitted and ready to run off a standard 9kg LPG bottle.
Built for catering operations, large family events, weddings, and serious outdoor cooks. This is the set you bring out when paella is the main event, not a side dish.

- Hand wash the pan in warm water with mild soap — never dishwasher
- Towel-dry immediately and rub lightly with vegetable oil after washing to prevent rust
- Wipe the burner and stand clean with a damp cloth — keep dry between uses
- Store the regulator and hose somewhere protected from weather and rodents
- The pan will darken with use — this is the patina, not damage
Safety and Setup
This set is designed for outdoor use only. The burner produces significant heat and should only be operated on stable level ground, away from flammable materials, with adequate ventilation. Familiarise yourself with the regulator setup before first use. If you're not experienced with LPG appliances, ask a qualified gas fitter to check the connection.
