Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
The stainless steel Fowlers unit for serious preserving.
The Fowlers Vacola Professional Steel Preserving Unit is the higher-capacity electric preserver for buyers who want more control and a more capable setup than the entry-level kit. Built in stainless steel and fitted with an adjustable thermostat, it gives you precise control over water temperature from 30°C to boiling point and processes fruit in around 75 minutes.
The removable strainer helps improve heat distribution and makes cleaning easier, while the element is designed to automatically reset following abnormal rises in temperature. The thermostat also allows the unit to be used as an urn, which makes it useful beyond preserving season.
This unit is sold on its own for customers who already have bottles and accessories and want to upgrade to the more capable Fowlers steel unit. It holds up to 12 x No. 20 bottles or 7 x No. 31 bottles and accommodates larger older bottle sizes such as No. 36 and No. 65.
