Designed for use with Fowlers dehydrating products, these Fruit Roll / Leather Sheets make it easy to dry fruit purees, sauces, and other liquid mixtures that would run straight through a standard tray. Fowlers' own fruit leather recipes use the sheet for smooth purees and recommend pouring the mixture onto a lightly oiled fruit leather sheet before drying.
They are especially well suited to homemade fruit leather, where the raised lip helps contain the mixture while it dries.
