Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

The No. 31 is the 1 litre jar in the current Fowlers Vacola range. Its wide neck makes it well suited to larger fruit — plums, peaches, and apricots — and uses Size 4 accessories throughout. The bottle measures 165mm high x 90mm wide.
Buying as a set means the jar, ring, lid, and clip are matched correctly from the start — no risk of ordering the wrong accessory size separately.
