The 847200-2 water filter cartridge is a quality replacement to suit all Fisher & Paykel Activesmart Integrated refrigerator models. This filter removes unwanted contaminants from your water supply to ensure that your refrigerator water and ice are clean and tastes great.

Installation:
For Fridge Models - RF605Q/RF523G/RF523M Removing The Old Filter:The filter is located internally at the top right-hand corner of your refrigerator.
- Open your refrigerator and locate the filter cover on the back wall, top right of your fridge.
Note: We recommend removing the shelf below for ease of installation. - Hold the base of the filter firmly and pull towards yourself.
- Turn the filter counterclockwise until it releases from the filter head.
- Pull out the filter to remove it from the filter head. (it is expected that a small amount of water will drip after you remove the filter)
- Discard the old filter.
- Remove the plastic wrapping from the new filter
- Insert the filter into the filter head.
- Push the filter firmly all the way into the filter head, then turn the filter clockwise until it locks into place
- Push the entire filter back into the bracket
- Push the cover up and into the slots at the top of the filter housing until it clicks and the base locks firmly in place.
After installation, flush the water filter.
Run the water until any air bubbles or excess carbon is released.
For External Filter Fridge Models
The filter is located externally to the fridge, with a head connected to the tubing at the back of your fridge.
- Turn off the water supply.
- Twist the old filter quarter-turn counter-clockwise.
- Pull the filter straight down and discard.
- Push the filter up into the filter head and turn clockwise until it stops.
