Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Simply fill the base with cool water, insert the funnel into the base and fill with finely ground coffee (fill to the edge and don't press down). Close the coffee maker by screwing on the coffee collector and base firmly before placing the brewer on the stovetop. Remove from heat when the jug is full of brewed coffee.
