Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.

Tension springs without measurable wear and the proven stainless steel sharpening rods are the heart of the knife sharpener. Usage is simple: pull the knife with light pressure in a curved way through the knife sharpening tool. Repeat this procedure multiple times and you will receive a sharp knife.
