F.Dick 1905 Carving Fork 20cm

The fork you hold a roast steady with while you carve it at the table. Long forged prongs in X50CrMoV15 steel go in cleanly and hold a large joint without tearing through the fibres, so the meat keeps its juices instead of losing them to a mangled grip. The 1905 handle is the series signature, steel rings sitting flush against the synthetic without a seam, a reissue of the design Friedr. Dick introduced in 1905 when solid clamps replaced rivets. Forged in Germany.
