The Evolv 26cm Carbon Steel Fry Pan is designed for confident, high-heat cooking. Crafted from heavy-gauge 2mm carbon steel, it heats rapidly and evenly, making it ideal for searing proteins, crisping vegetables and building deep, caramelised flavour.
Pre-seasoned and ready to use, the cooking surface develops a natural non-stick patina over time, improving with every cook. The gently sloped sides allow smooth turning and tossing, while the triple-riveted ergonomic handle provides strength, balance and control when working at higher temperatures.
Compatible with all cooktops including induction and oven safe to 300°C, this PFAS-free pan is metal utensil safe and engineered for long-term durability.

Care
Wash before first use to remove the protective coating.
Hand wash only. Do not soak or use in the dishwasher.
Dry thoroughly after cleaning and re-season as required.
