The 44.5x33cm Gourmet Series board is the large, statement board of the range: thick, steady and big enough to carve a roast and serve it on the same surface. Its dual-tone design pairs Natural with Slate.
Why it works
- Thick 0.95cm profile for a robust, steady board
- Juice groove on one side contains liquids and keeps the bench clean
- Flip it over for an expansive, flat prep area
- The largest board in the Gourmet Series
- Paper composite made in the USA: layers of FSC certified paper fused with resin under heat and pressure into one dense, solid sheet
- Kind to your knives: light score marks over time are the surface taking the wear instead of your edge
- Dishwasher safe and maintenance free, with no oiling needed to keep it in service
- Backed by Epicurean's lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship
Care
Wash by hand in warm soapy water or put it through the dishwasher. Dry and store it standing on its side, not flat, so it keeps its shape. No oiling is needed; Epicurean Board Butter is there if you want a deeper, richer finish.
