de Buyer Mineral B Pro Frypan 32cm

MINERAL B PRO takes the classic MINERAL B carbon steel pan and adds a cast stainless steel handle, so it moves from the stovetop into the oven. Carbon steel (99% iron, 1% carbon) sears hard and builds a natural non-stick patina.

Why it works

• Cast stainless steel handle, oven safe
• Beeswax finish for easier seasoning
• All cooktops including induction
• No synthetic non-stick coating, so it handles high heat and metal utensils
• Builds a natural non-stick patina with use: the more you cook in it, the better it gets
• High heat browning and caramelisation for a proper sear
• Made in France

Care

Season before first use. After cooking, deglaze, rinse in hot water, dry thoroughly and wipe with a thin film of oil. Store somewhere dry. No detergent and no dishwasher.
