Brunswick Bakers Beeswax Bread Bag 42 x 32cm

A cotton bread bag with a natural beeswax coating, which is the bit that does the work. Plastic traps moisture and turns a good crust soft; a paper bag lets everything dry out. The waxed cotton sits between the two, breathing just enough that the crust stays crisp while the crumb keeps its moisture. Beeswax also has natural antimicrobial properties, so bread keeps longer than it would in plain cloth.

• Beeswax-coated cotton breathes, keeping crust crisp and crumb soft
• Natural antimicrobial properties help bread keep longer
• Roll-top closure with side buckles
• Reusable alternative to plastic and paper bread bags
• 42 x 32cm, fits a standard loaf or a large sourdough

Not suitable for breads high in sugar or fat, such as brioche or enriched doughs.
