The V6 ExclusiveLine is the stainless steel version of Börner's V3, built around a brushed stainless steel frame for long working life.
The Starter Set carries the slice insert plus 3.5mm and 7mm knife inserts, so you can cut wafer-thin to thick slices, fine julienne, coarse sticks and cubes from one tool. A transparent multi-box stores every part together and keeps the set tidy on the bench or in the drawer.
Change inserts one-handed and swap in the safety insert when you finish to cover the blades. The safety insert also doubles as a medium slice setting when turned.
