If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Bonus or bundled items must be returned with the original purchase, or their value is deducted.
Our 430-650ml / 12-32oz PET clear lids fit our 12-32oz paper bowls. They are for cold use only and are not compatible with hot foods, microwaves, or ovens. These lids are not compostable but are accepted in the plastic recycling stream.
