If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Bonus or bundled items must be returned with the original purchase, or their value is deducted.
BioStraws are made from 3 ply premium grade FSC™ (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper sourced from managed plantations. These paper cocktail straws have been packaged for retail sale and are shelf-ready. There are 40 compostable straws per pack and 14 packs per carton.
