Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Our plastic-free clamshells are made from rapidly renewable sugarcane pulp, a by-product of the sugar refining industry, and mixed with other plant fibres. Our 7.8x8x3" natural bagasse clamshell containers are made with no added PFAS, pending home compostable certification to AS5810 standards.
