The moka pot in the colours of the Italian tricolore, built to work on an induction cooktop.
Italia
The Italia finish carries the green, white and red of the tricolore. It is a direct nod to where the moka pot came from and to the coffee ritual built around it.
Built for every cooktop
The Moka Induction keeps the moka method exactly as it has always been and adds a steel base, so the same coffee is available to an induction kitchen with no separate adaptor plate needed.
Features
- Brews 4 cups at roughly 180 ml, enough for a proper round of coffee
- Steel base bonded to an aluminium body so it works on induction as well as gas, electric and ceramic
- Bialetti safety valve that releases excess pressure and lifts out for easy cleaning
- Heat-resistant handle that stays comfortable through the brew
Looking after it
Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly after each use. Skip the detergent and the dishwasher, both of which strip the seasoning that builds up inside and keeps the coffee tasting as it should.
