Designed for sourdough and equally suited to all bread types, this oval banneton supports your dough during proofing while helping it hold structure and develop an even rise. The natural rattan coils promote airflow and create the classic artisan pattern on the crust, giving your finished loaf a professional result.
The included cotton liner provides a smooth proofing surface and easy release, ideal for higher hydration doughs or when a cleaner crust finish is preferred.
