Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Hand wash only. Rinse and towel dry after each wash. Oven safe to 230°C. Do not use knives and avoid use of metal scourers which could damage the pan. Not suitable for microwave use or on a direct heat source or flame.
