It features a sturdy stainless steel handle and silicone non-absorbent bristles that release even flow of oil, butter or sauce. Bristles won't melt, shed, fray, stain, lose shape, absorb flavour or retain odour. Heat resistance to 230°C, it is safe for use on non stick surfaces, and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
