Avanti Dual Pastry Cutting Wheel

Cut pastry easily and quickly with the Avanti Double Headed Pastry Wheel. Ideal for pasta, pastry, or cookie dough, it is designed with two cutting wheels for decorative or straight edge cuts. The rotary blades are made from durable stainless steel and glide through sheets of pastry or dough without snagging or pulling. A finger guard keeps fingers away from the sharp blades and the small wheels are easy to control for precise cuts.
