Appetito Pie Funnel - White

A pie funnel does two jobs at once. It holds the pastry lid up so the middle does not sink into the filling, and the chimney lets the steam out instead of turning your pastry soggy underneath. Sits in the centre of the dish before you put the lid on.

• Holds the pastry lid up so it does not collapse into the filling.
• Vents steam so the underside of the pastry stays crisp.
• Ceramic, so it goes in the oven with the pie.
• Dishwasher safe.
