The 29x23cm All-in-One board is a compact daily cutting board that will not slide around on the bench, with a juice groove for tomatoes, citrus and a resting steak. The All-in-One Series brings together the best features of Epicurean's most popular boards in one design. Slate is a deep charcoal grey that sits well in darker kitchens and against bright produce.
Why it works
- Four non-slip silicone feet keep the board steady on either face
- Juice groove on one side for meat, fruit and tomatoes; flip it for a flat, full-width surface
- Fits easily in the dishwasher and the cupboard
- Thin and light at 0.6cm, so it is easy to move from bench to sink
- Paper composite made in the USA: layers of FSC certified paper fused with resin under heat and pressure into one dense, solid sheet
- Kind to your knives: light score marks over time are the surface taking the wear instead of your edge
- Dishwasher safe and maintenance free, with no oiling needed to keep it in service
- Independently tested free of microplastics, so nothing sheds into your food as the board wears
Care
Wash by hand in warm soapy water or put it through the dishwasher. Dry and store it standing on its side, not flat, so it keeps its shape. No oiling is needed; Epicurean Board Butter is there if you want a deeper, richer finish.
