If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Bonus or bundled items must be returned with the original purchase, or their value is deducted.
Clip the thermometer to the side of a pitcher or jug. For best accuracy, place the tip of the thermometer 6cm into the liquid (and avoid letting the tip touch the bottom).
