The tulip shape tapers from a wide 100mm opening for easy filling, emptying and cleaning, and clear glass shows the contents at a glance. Brimful capacity is 580ml, with a 480ml working fill for preserving.

Fit the seal between jar and lid, secure with the two clamps, then process. For everyday fridge and pantry storage, a 100mm keep-fresh plastic cover fits the same opening (sold separately). Spare 100mm seals are available in packs of ten.
