Weck's small tulip jar arrives ready to preserve, complete with glass lid, rubber seal and two stainless steel clamps. It tapers from a 60mm opening into the brand's signature shape, a favourite for layered desserts, tiramisu and fruit served straight in the glass. Clear glass shows the contents at a glance. Brimful capacity is 220ml, with a 200ml working fill for preserving.

Fit the seal between jar and lid, secure with the two clamps, then process. For everyday fridge and pantry storage, a 60mm keep-fresh plastic cover fits the same opening (sold separately). Spare 60mm seals are available in packs of ten.
