Weck's stainless steel clamps hold the glass lid and rubber washer firmly against the jar rim during water-bath preserving. Their spring tension stays strong across many preserving cycles, so they are reused again and again. Two clamps secure each jar; a pack of eight covers four jars at once.

Clip on after fitting the lid and rubber washer, process, then remove once the jars have cooled and the seal has formed. Suitable for round-rimmed jars only (not older flat-rimmed or grooved jars).
