The Vitamix 0.9L Dry Grains Container is purpose-built for grinding whole grains into fresh flour, mixing batter, and simulating the kneading process for dough. It is not interchangeable with the standard wet container -- the blade assembly is specifically engineered for dry ingredients.
Dry blade design creates a reverse vortex that pushes ingredients away from the blades rather than pulling them in, preventing packing and ensuring even grinding. Measurement markings on both the container and lid plug make it easy to measure directly without additional tools. A spill-proof angled spout handles pouring without mess.
