Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

USE & CARE
The Aluminium Pizza Tray is safe to use in conventional and outdoor ovens. It can be stored in the freezer, however never place over a naked flame.
To clean, scrap off baked-on food residue with a spatula. Lightly scrub tray with a soft brush and rinse detergent in warm water. Hand wash only.
