All products are covered by their respective Australian warranties. We facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Bonus or bundled items must be returned with the original purchase, or their value is deducted.
Our classic Tongs now offer silicone heads that protect non-stick finishes. Heads are heat resistant silicone, and work well for scraping pans without scratching. Like all OXO tongs, they lock for convenient storage and have just the right amount of tension for comfort.
