Caramel is Monin's other coffee essential, second only to vanilla in demand and volume. A rich, dark-amber syrup with the aroma of caramelised sugar and a flavour profile that runs from caramel candy to molasses. It's built for lattes, mochas, frappes, and iced coffees, and versatile enough for cocktails, hot chocolate, milkshakes, and desserts.
The 1L PET bottle is the trade format: lighter, cheaper per ml than the glass, and purpose-built for high-volume use behind a bar or coffee machine. Comes in a box of 4 for commercial-volume buyers.
Monin has been the global standard in flavoured syrups since 1912, used by cafés, bars, and hospitality professionals in over 150 countries.
