The Microplane Premium Zester Grater is the gold standard for precision grating and zesting. Trusted by professional chefs and serious home cooks around the world, it produces ultra-fine, fluffy results that enhance flavour without crushing or tearing ingredients.
Featuring Microplane’s signature photo-etched stainless steel blades, made in the USA, the Premium Zester cuts cleanly and effortlessly. Instead of shredding food like traditional stamped graters, the razor-sharp teeth glide through ingredients, releasing their natural oils and aromas for brighter flavour and superior texture.
Perfect for finishing dishes or preparing ingredients, the Premium Zester effortlessly handles citrus zest, hard cheeses such as Parmesan, garlic, ginger, chocolate, nutmeg and even delicate truffles. The ergonomic soft-touch handle provides comfort and control, while the non-scratch end tabs protect work surfaces and allow the grater to rest securely on bowls or boards.
A simple tool that delivers professional results, the Microplane Premium Zester has become an essential in kitchens worldwide.
