The KH Khast Cast Iron Oval Sizzle Plate is designed for cooking and serving hot dishes with strong presentation and excellent heat retention. Made from durable pre-seasoned cast iron, it holds heat exceptionally well, allowing food to stay hot and continue sizzling when served.
Ideal for steaks, fajitas, grilled vegetables, seafood, and sizzling side dishes, the plate can be used on stovetops, ovens, grills, and open flames. The cast iron construction distributes heat evenly for consistent cooking while developing rich flavour and caramelisation.
The included wooden serving tray allows the sizzle plate to move safely from kitchen to table while protecting surfaces. The combination of black cast iron and natural wood creates a classic presentation suited to restaurants, cafés, and home entertaining.
Pre-seasoned and ready to use, the surface develops a natural non-stick patina over time, improving cooking performance with continued use.
