The KH Khast Cast Iron Reversible Griddle is designed for versatile cooking across stovetops, ovens, grills, and open flames. Made from durable pre-seasoned cast iron, it delivers excellent heat retention and even heat distribution for consistent cooking results.
The reversible design offers two cooking surfaces. The smooth side is ideal for pancakes, eggs, flatbreads, and smash burgers, while the ridged grill side creates authentic sear marks on steaks, chicken, vegetables, and seafood.
Cast iron construction holds heat exceptionally well, helping food cook evenly while developing deep flavour and caramelisation. The large rectangular cooking surface provides ample space for preparing multiple items at once, making it suitable for both home kitchens and hospitality environments.
Pre-seasoned and ready to use, the surface develops a natural non-stick patina over time, improving performance with continued cooking.
