If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

All products are covered by their respective Australian warranties. We facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Bonus or bundled items must be returned with the original purchase, or their value is deducted.
Our plastic-free plates are made from rapidly renewable sugarcane pulp, a by-product of the sugar refining industry. These compostable plates have been packaged for retail sale and are shelf-ready. There are 10 sugarcane plates per pack and 12 packs per carton.
