Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Its heat resistant silicone head, made with recycled plastics, with thin flexible edge easily slides under all foods and is safe for use in non-stick coated cookware. The three slots allow excess liquid and oil to drain from your food. Once you’re done, the slotted turner can go in the dishwasher for a quick clean-up after which the hole in the handle allows for convenient hanging storage.
