Tojiro Pro Fish Bone Tweezer

Pin bones sit at an angle in the flesh and break if you pull them straight up. Flat wide jaws let you grip the bone against the flesh and draw it out along its own line, so the fillet stays intact instead of coming away in shreds.

Solid 18-8 stainless steel throughout with nothing to come apart and no join to trap residue, so it rinses clean under the tap and can be sterilised. Simple, and built for the volume a professional section puts through it.

• Flat wide jaws grip pin bones without tearing the flesh
