Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

The heat sensitive egg timer is placed in the pan with your eggs and will indicate when they have been cooked soft, medium or hard. The sensor will account for the number of eggs, the amount of water and even the altitude at which the eggs are being cooked.
Use room temperature water and bring eggs and timer to a medium boil. Remove the eggs from the pan when the timer indicates your preferred yolk firmness.
