Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.

If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Ensure your food and drinks are kept at an optimal temperature with the AcuRite Digital Fridge, Freezer and Cooler Thermometer.
The thermometer can be either clipped to a shelf, or submerged in a freezer or cooler to test temperature either in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
To use, unscrew the top of the thermometer to access the battery compartment and install 2 x AA batteries. Select Fahrenheit or Celsius using the "F/C" switch located within this compartment.
High and low temperatures are recorded clear every 24 hours, starting at the time when the batteries are installed.
