A general-purpose commercial digital scale for kitchen and food service use. The 10kg capacity covers everything from small ingredient measuring through to weighing whole bowls of dough, large protein portions, or bulk dry goods at receiving. 1g increments give the precision needed for baking, pastry, and recipe consistency, while the larger capacity handles the volume work that smaller pocket scales can't.
The flat round platform is the right shape for general kitchen use — stable enough to take a deep mixing bowl, a stockpot for measuring stock concentrate, or a large container of receiving stock. The stainless steel platform handles wet ingredients, oily dough, and acidic foods without staining or corroding the way painted or plastic platforms do. Wipes clean in seconds between uses.
The tare function is what makes a digital scale work properly in real prep. Place a bowl on the scale, press tare to zero out the bowl weight, then add ingredients to the target weight. For baking that means accurate gram measurements without the maths; for portion control it means consistent serve sizes across a service.
Multiple weight units (8 in total) cover grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds, and other measurements depending on which recipe system the kitchen runs. Useful for venues working from imported recipes, baking from American or European cookbooks, or running portion specs in different units across different stations.
Built for daily commercial use. Suitable for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, butcheries, catering kitchens, and any food service business where accurate weighing is part of the workflow. Equally useful at home for serious bakers, sous-vide cooks, and anyone weighing portions for diet or training.
AAA battery powered (batteries included).
