Care & Cleaning
Wash before first use. Preheat gently for the best results, and clean by hand or in the dishwasher. Being non-nickel stainless steel, it needs no seasoning and is exceptionally low maintenance. The pan has a carefully engineered concave base, which is normal for heavy-based iron and steel pans and allows the metal to expand when heated.
